wait, wait, iway has hex removal now? someone fill me in, I've logged in like once in the past 3 months....
btw you all seem to mention water ele + wards will pwn the build but 4 (or 5?) d-chops (i think? again, i don't even play so correct me if I'm wrong) + NR should have no problem shutting down water hexes + wards...

The current IWAY is like:
4 Steady Stance/Fear me warriors with pets and IWAY
2-3 Paragon healers, usually running some combination or SoR, SoP, and expel
1-2 misc characters, usually another warrior running charge, retreat, watch yourself, and shields up or a ranger with various spirits

degen makes short work of iway. but u gotta fit it into killcount play.
few days ago i played a build with high degen pressure that included 2 thumpers that did the direct damage. we flawlessed every single iway we encoutered in 2 minutes maximum. we also did well in killcount, but we usually fought noobs / heroways there, so that bulid will probably face difficulty in a decent killcount match. anyway, degen pwns iway hard.

Iway teams need thier paragons, clean and simple.
With the paragons up your probably not going to kill much else, with that mind, Ill post what weve been doing, usually works, sometimes doesnt (a team of all hard targets, ftl...)
Ward v Foes should be more than enough for ppl to use to kite, freeing up your water ele to help snare the paragons.
Kite, your monks cant channel tank vs this build
You have a PD, if they actually can drop spirits, give your mes some candy or something, slap him/her, and say wake up.
Kill paragons till they res no more, then clean up warriors.
Repeat till you reach HoH, you will see lots of IWAY teams.

Against a good zergway team, unless you have a DIRECT counter like well of silence, you're pretty much RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOed due to the crazy high AL. Of course, very few zergway teams are good, so you just have to kill the paragons... which is still insanely difficult against bad teams if they have 3, but the zergway with 2 paragons is fairly easy to beat.
